5. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payments must be made as per agreed terms
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
• Refunds, if applicable, depend on project stage and agreement
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All custom-developed work remains the property of Viplora Tech until full payment is received
• Upon completion and payment, ownership may be transferred as per agreement
• Viplora Tech retains rights to tools, frameworks, and reusable components
• Training materials and course content remain the intellectual property of Viplora Tech

7. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party tools, APIs, or hosting providers
• We are not responsible for failures or policies of third-party services
